Coordinated arrival and seating for over 250 performers ranging from young children to retirees. Co-orchestrated a four-step cycle from the seating to onstage and back while ensuring a seamless run of show. 

Arranged transportation and coordinated the arrival of 28 performers, 3 associate conductors, and a keyboard to downtown Falmouth, Massachusetts, for a publicity concert as part of the annual Arts Alive festival.
